“Connection becomes Purpose, Purpose becomes Impact & Impact becomes Legacy”
Sport is one of humanity's oldest and most universal languages. Across cultures, regions and generations it inspires identity, unity, resilience and hope - with the power to bridge divides, mobilise communities and ignite social transformation.
This power provides an extraordinary opportunity: to turn influence into measurable impact, to move beyond performance and invest in purpose, and to turn legacy into shared progress.
This is where InMotion Advisory comes in.

Start a conversationSport as a platform for global good
EROS Impact Advisory elevates sport from the arena of performance to a platform for global good. We advise the United Nations, governments, sport governing bodies and professional clubs, corporations, investors, family offices and philanthropists, and elite athletes and their foundations.
Born from over two decades at the nexus of sport, human rights and international affairs, EROS Impact Advisory was founded on the conviction that sport, when wielded with purpose, can be a powerful catalyst for change.
In early mythology Eros was the primordial force of connection, the energy binding people together, transforming intention into action, and humanity into community. EROS Impact Advisory grounds its work in this deep interpretation, and believes that meaningful social impact begins with authentic connection between:
Sport&Society
People&Purpose
Youth&Community
Influence&Obligation

Nick Sore
Founder and Lead Consultant
Established by Nick Sore, a global leader at the intersection of sport and social change, with more than 20 years' experience delivering positive impact for organisations, young people and communities around the world.
Nick built the global youth and sport programmes at the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) from the ground up, inspiring humanitarian and sport actors and positively impacting more than a million young lives.
He created the "Sport for Protection" approach, led the evidence base for the role of sport in crisis contexts, and played a key part in the success of the Refugee Olympic and Paralympic Teams and the creation of Afghan Women United.
Through his leadership, tens of millions of dollars have been mobilised for safe sport and play, and multi-partner coalitions established, including a 160-member global sport coalition leveraging more than USD 60 million in programme value across 90 countries.
Nick's work saw UNHCR honoured with the Olympic Laurel — presented at the opening of the Paris Olympics by the IOC President — the international "Fair Play for Peace" award, and the Olympic Cup.

With Youri Djourkaeff at FIFA — building the UNHCR partnership
I had the privilege of working closely with Nick for almost five years, and his contribution was transformative. His thoughtful guidance, steady presence, and ability to bring clarity to complex situations consistently strengthened our joint programmes and my own development. Nick leads with intelligence, professionalism, and deep humanity — a rare combination that makes him an exceptional mentor and partner.
Monica Namy
Senior Social and Environmental Sustainability Expert at UEFA
"Nick established the pivotal partnership between the UN Refugee Agency and the International Platform for sport and Development, putting sport on the agenda for refugees and joining our Board at a pivotal moment, becoming one of its most steadying voices. He supported the Platform to navigate through a complex change of host with strategic clarity, calm judgement and real care for our mission and people. Collaborative, principled and quietly humble — he is a leader who leaves an organisation stronger than he found it."
Ben Sanders
Executive Director, International Platform on Sport for Development
‘I have had the pleasure of working directly with Nick for many years as part of a shared commitment to inclusive development through sport for some of the world’s most marginalized populations. He was instrumental in welcoming Special Olympics into the Sport for Refugees Coalition - a forum he founded - where we had the chance to witness firsthand how Nick is able to turn concept to practice, vision to reality. His ability to unite governments, private sector, global sports community and more around these focused platforms is as impressive as it is effective. He blends skill with global experience and humility. Nick Sore is a natural partner and a strong force for inclusion.’

President and CEO, Special Olympics
